Construction Safety

The Construction Safety course is a fully accredited, practical one-day programme tailored for the high-risk construction sector in Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fully aligned with Bahrain Labour Law, Saudi Building Code (SBC), NEBOSH/IOSH standards, and local civil defence requirements, this course equips workers, supervisors, and managers with the latest hazard recognition, risk control, and emergency response skills. Using real-site scenarios, live PPE inspections, and hands-on exercises, participants finish ready to maintain zero-incident sites and pass any MoL, Civil Defence, or client audit with confidence.

Course Outcomes:

• Identify and control the top construction hazards (working at height, falling objects, electrical, excavation, etc.)
• Correctly select, inspect, wear, and maintain all required PPE
• Safely work with scaffolding, ladders, MEWPs, and fall-protection systems
• Conduct proper manual handling and prevent musculoskeletal injuries
• Understand trench/excavation safety, confined spaces, and lifting operations
• Deliver effective toolbox talks and complete daily risk assessments
• Respond to fire and medical emergencies on site
• Demonstrate full compliance with Bahrain/Saudi labour and civil defence regulations
